Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad Baig is a well-known educationist, academician, and researcher. He has done his Masters in 1972 and earned his Ph.D. in Education in 1997 from Punjab University, Pakistan. He has vast experience in administration, teaching, and research. Dr. Iftikhar has remained a visiting faculty member at different universities and has been in charge of various projects. He has supervised and has been a guide of a number of MPhil and Ph.D. scholars at various universities. He worked on more than 100 research projects. Dr. Iftikhar is a member of various selection committees, evaluation committees, Board of Studies, Textbook Review Committees, Technical Committees, and many more. Currently, Professor Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad is serving as Head of Department, Department of Education at the International Open University (IOU) and the University of Lahore, Pakistan.
